Summary
A soft sound brings Genji's attention back to the recording. “No,” Hanzo whispers, so quietly Athena has to boost the sound, creating small crackles of feedback in the speaker. Genji’s heart thumps loudly in his chest. “No,” Hanzo repeats, a little more strongly, “Father, please.”
Sojiro scoffs, curling his lip. The item he’d been reaching for comes into view of the camera – a bow, not too dissimilar to Stormbow, but stained in the reds and blacks their father was known to be fond of. “You’ve been warned, Hanzo.” Sojiro produces an arrow from a quiver stashed somewhere behind him, nocking it on the bowstring. “This tendency of yours is detrimental to the clan and will not be tolerated.”
Hanzo makes a more concentrated effort of struggling against the guards. “I promise it won’t happen again, Father. Never again. Just please, don’t do this!”
OR: When Overwatch confiscates old files from Shimada Castle, Genji asks Athena to sort through them and show him anything she thinks he should see, which leads Genji to the realization that he's managed to completely miss the fact that his brother's gay... and that their father wasn't who Genji thought he was. So, he decides to take matters into his own hands.

Summary
Hanzo Shimada has been attending therapy sessions with Doctor Angela Ziegler since joining Overwatch. These sessions appear to help the archer tremendously in processing his emotions as well as coming to terms with his troubled past.
He does not confide in Ziegler for everything, though, as there are many things he deems as too personal. Well, he tried not to.

It was hard to ignore the tragic irony that something that should have brought Hanzo and Genji together had instead driven them apart. She made her choice back then not to see what was in front of her, not to intervene in business that wasn't her own... She wondered what she would do, given the chance to go back to that moment knowing what she did now.

From what was suppose to be an arrange marriage to him marrying a commoner, as we soon get to know a little bit of information of how Sojiro Shimada could fall in love and marry a commoner of not one from high standards. -

Tervetuloa lukemaan kokoelmaa täynnä Halloween-aiheisia McHanzo oneshotteja. Alunperin haaste oli 31 päivää mutta koska opiskelut veivät kovasti aikaa niin päätin ruveta julkaisemaan vain joitakin random oneshotteja Halloween teemalla, joita olen kerennyt kirjoittaa. Lisäilen tageja aina lukujen mukaan eli toistaiseksi alussa tageja voi olla aika vähän. Lisäksi muut shipit, jotka näkyvät "relationships" kohdassa ovat tällaisia "sideshippejä" eli nämä shipit mainitaan tai ovat taustalla. McHanzo on kuitenkin pääshippi tässä haasteessa.
Koska tähän summaryyn ei kauheasti tekstiä mahdu, jokaisen päivän teema tulee yllätyksenä ja näette sitten lukujen kohdalta, mikä on minkäkin luvun teema. Lisäksi eri lukujen pituudet vaihtelevat - jotkut ovat pidempiä, jotkut lyhyempiä :)
Ja sitten viimeisenä huomiona; olen toistaiseksi kirjoittanut ficin käyttäen Jesse McCree-nimeä, mutta jos kesken lokakuun tämän cowboy hahmon nimi tulee muuttumaan, aion muuttaa nimen niissä luvuissa, joita en ole vielä kirjoittanut.
