"Smeraldo Coniglietto" or as the Shie Hassaikai liked to call him "エメラルドウサギ/Emerald Rabbit" is the crown jewel of the yakuza. Since the emergence of Quirk, the yakuza crime field died down as villains gained notoriety. However, Shie Hassaikai remained powerful despite the growing number of heroes. Their club "Nocturne Elegance" has become an elite place only the rich and powerful can enter. A breeding ground for corruption that lures its customers with exotic dancers, the best drinks, and most importantly the club's siren Midoriya Izuku.
"Sing for me, my precious songbird" Kai whispered to his ears. The hot breath tickled the spin of the boy who almost moaned from the heat.
"As you wish" Izuku purred back with a seductive smirk and stepped on the stage. He pulled the mic close to himself and started hypnotizing the audience with his alluring vocals. The voice he once used to soothe his mother, now arouses rich people and makes them fantasize about him in their dreams.-alternative summery: izuku gets sold to shie hassaikai. Izuku had heard of the uncanny valley.
Two words, meant to summarize a vast feeling of insurmountable description.
The uncanny valley, at its core, was an instinctual feeling of wrongness humans experienced when seeing something non-human with human characteristics. Birds with mocking capabilities or emotionally intelligent AI could trigger it, or even other humans that were sick or dying.
Izuku thinks there’s something more. When he looks in the mirror, he can see that the body in his reflection is identical to his own.
When his reflection touches his face, he feels the caress on his own skin. When Izuku moves his arm, the reflection copies him.The reflection is real, yet it is not. It couldn't exist unless Izuku himself was there to give it life, to give it something to copy.
If Izuku shattered that mirror, his reflection would cease to exist, erased.
But it wouldn’t erase the feeling that Izuku got when he looked into the eyes of his own reflection.The uncanny valley was an instinctive response when seeing something non-human that was trying very desperately to pretend that it was.
When Izuku looked in the mirror, all he saw was a ghoul.

After the loss of his father at the age of 10, and his mother falling severely ill when he was 13, Izuku Midoriya has taken over his father's blacksmith shop to try to keep them afloat, in the hopes that one day he can escape his small town and live with his mother in the capitol. However, things take a turn when one fateful night a mysterious stranger takes shelter in his house and asks him to take him to the Forest of Licht, where they meet an oracle. The stranger, who had come for answers on how to save the kingdom from a secret threat, is surprised to hear that the solution to his problems is none other than the green haired boy he happened to have dragged along with him - along with three other people they have yet to find.
A found family story loosely inspired by the season 2 Fantasy AU outro set in medieval Europe with semi-historical-accuracy, because it doesn't really matter since this is a fantasy AU but I love researching historically accurate clothes and weapons. (Guess what spectrum I'm on lol)

There wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, the night breeze hit the man’s black hair, swaying it in the air softly. The coldness of the air also hit his face and uncovered skin, leaving its comforting coldness on them.
He watched his surroundings, he recognized the buildings as he passed by. They were the same ones he always saw, since he never changed his patrolling area. While he passed through a very suggestive sex club, he saw a strange silhouette in an alley beside it. It was humanoid, and it was very far away. Maybe that’s why the figure was so small, but even if that was true, it didn’t explain why its contexture was so… teen-like…
He entered the dark alley, it was so hidden that not much moonlight could enter it. But because there was so much moonlight that night, the alley was fairly lighted. As he got closer, he realized that his suspicion was true. This mysterious figure was… a child.

Ever since the Meta Wars, some areas of Japan have been considered abandoned. Now considered dangerous for people to live in due to the presence of strange creatures, those areas have been sealed off by the government.
The only people who enter the abandoned zones are those hired by an enigmatic company who send teams in looking for scrap, lost technology and useful information to sell.
Izuku Midoriya is one of those people hired by the company as a last resort for work, due to not being able to land any other job due to his lack of a quirk.
In desperate need for money, Izuku delves into the depths of these abandoned zones in hopes to gather enough money to pay for his mother’s medical expenses and to eventually pay for his tuition fees for U.A when the time comes.
Armed with a shovel, a flashlight and nothing much else. Izuku dives into his work, encountering strange phenomena, bizarre creatures and mysterious information learned about his employer. Can Izuku make his quota in time? Why is a loot bug following him everywhere he goes? What is the true motives of The Company?
