Dazai never attempted suicide when he was 14 years old. Therefore, he never met Mori Ougai, nor did he join the port mafia. Instead, he encountered Chuuya which will eventualy lead them both to leave Yokohama to try and become heroes in Musutafu.
In other words, Dazai's story changed a lot and add MHA to that.

Izuku had made an effort to fix it before, but had become despondent. Bakugo was a lost cause, he was too focused on himself. ‘An ego so big, it was destined to be his downfall’ Izuku thought. The only time the two boys actually interacted, was when they were sparring in the ring. And that wasn’t exactly the best way to mend a broken bond.

Having come to term with his new life and place eternally by Mori’s side he’s surprised once he’s ordered to leave that life (temporarily unfortunately) for an abroad mission in some bullshit hero city.
The job was simple. Act like a hopeless train wreck of a child (he wouldn’t have to do much acting) get close to the hero’s, gather important information, and take out a couple key figures in hero society while keeping under the radar. Assassination and infiltration was his specialty and he was already nothing but an inhuman unfeeling shell so what could possibly go wrong?

This story is my hero academic characters experiencing the plot line of Persona 5 royal, awakening to persona's taking down pro heroes, important businessman, the Yakuza, it will also follow the arcs with slight changes and twists to give it more of a persona flair with its reveals. And it did, but Izuku escaped and was now all alone in the world with nothing but the power to never leave his hiding spot. Getting more and more isolated and he shuts the world off from him besides the thin window provided by his puppets. Fortunately, there's a whole family who wants to take him in, now if only they could find the actual Izuku.
