Summary
After the events of "Fairy Idol," Norm's lava lamp ends up in a second-hand store and eventually gets purchased as a cheap gift for a eight year-old girl named Amanda Adams. And as far as he's concerned, the little kid was weird. After 50,000 years, he thought he knew everything he needed to know about humanity. But this one refused to fit the normal pattern. Why didn't she make impulsive, dumb, greedy wishes like the rest of them? What was WRONG with her? And why did he care about her strangeness? Why did he care at all?
