Ruby never left before Sapphire returned and the Diamonds never appeared on the day that would have been Ruby and Sapphire's wedding. Steven learns more about the Gem Empire's History on Earth and other planets in the Galaxy. This AU will explore other aliens, other characters going their own way to go on their own adventures and also the origin of the gem race.

Pearl refuses to accept it. Rose CAN'T be leaving her- especially not like this. She's serious though, so it falls to Pearl to fix this. She shows up at Greg's van late at night, and demands he help her find another solution.
Their hard work pays off. Rose lives, and so does her son.
Pearl can't help but notice that the Gem Rose gave her son is a little... well, it's not a quartz, that's for sure. Whatever, Earth is safe. It's not like there's going to be consequences for this decision of Rose's, right?
Rose is just happy to have a way where she can actually be there for her children. Plural. Since she's alive, she can have more than one, right?
