Summary
I've written a lot of World of Warcraft stories over the years, and one setting I keep returning to for various reasons is Kul Tiras, around the time of Battle for Azeroth, when Jaina is about to arrive to reconnect the island nation to the Alliance.
This is another such story, but it doesn't focus on Jaina. Instead, Katherine Proudmoore, Jaina's famously GILFY mother, is visited by a strange and enticing visitor named 'Jack', who quickly manipulates his way (Grima Wormtongue style!) into becoming Katherine's advisor... and through his influence, setting Kul Tiras on a path toward lewdness!

Story starts post legion and pre bfa AU and will eventually go into bfa but no trees are burned in the writing of this story.Sylvanas Windrunner has led the Horde to victory against the Legion but is unsure of what she must do next as being warchief was not something she wanted in the first place. She feels lonely in her position but does not show it as there are allies and dealing with the new king of the alliance. There also is a chance for a possible friendship over a common interest. There is also tensions already threatening to rise.

The twins, who have been transformed into void elves and are now members of the Alliance, must reinvent themselves, made all the more difficult by the death of their mother, the whispers of the Void and their estrangement from each other.
