“Sorry, uh. Congrats!” Tim says, and he means it. He does feel envy churning in his gut, but he also does genuinely want Dick to be happy and right now Dick is glowing radiantly.
There’s a question nagging at the back of Tim’s mind though. “I am surprised though, just ‘cause I thought that you considered Ja--Hood to be a brother. And I thought he and Arsenal were monogamous.”
Dick grins sheepishly. “Yeah, I can understand the confusion. It turns out that the two of them are poly, dating separately. It’s just that neither of them has had anything serious with anyone else since they’ve been together, until now. As for the ‘brother’ thing, uh, I used to call him my brother but I never felt like he was, like, really a *brother*. B is like a father to both of us, but we didn’t grow up together, and it’s not like we’re blood-related. He’s chosen family, not ‘brother-family.’ I mean, obviously, I'm super attracted to him. I really just called him a brother because I thought that’s what B wanted and because it was an excuse I could use to spend time with him.”
Tim nods slowly, pondering Dick’s words. “Do you consider *me* a brother?”

The hours feel like no time has passed at all, and yet, simultaneously a lifetime due to his excitement.
He's not here for a case after all, Tim grins to himself as he parks the motorcycle in front of the hospital. A medium size, he thinks absently, as he walks through the entrance. Away from a city like Gotham where they need multiple gigantic hospitals for all the injuries suffered. Not so small it barely has any occupants, though.
Tim casually pulls his hair out of it's ponytail and puts on a beanie and some hipster glasses. Clark had the right idea after all- hiding in plain sight works much better than people would assume -and once he unzips his jacket to reveal a superboy t-shirt he looks as far away from Timothy Drake-Wayne as he possibly can while still looking like Tim.
Or Tim Winters, he whispers to himself a little giggly.

Jason Todd was a lot of things before he was resurrected: innocent and naive to name a couple. He actually thought he could make a difference. However, when he returns to Gotham, things seem exactly the same. His time as Robin did absolutely nothing, as Gotham has the same villains and corruption.
But he doesn't remember Stray, Catwoman's side-kick of sorts, looking like such a sex icon.
As Red Hood, Jason might have to revisit that.
