Shadows of the Reikai is attempting to weave together the events of the LABB from Another Note, the Kira Investigation from the Death Note Anime, and a few select scenes from Death Note Relight into one cohesive idea since they all seem to be a bit disjointed from each other as they are in-canon. And then major canon divergence mostly after Higuchi.
