As Gobo tries desperately to impress Uncle Matt by dating somebody, Boober's rapscallion cousin, Robert, pays the Rock a visit. Tosh, meanwhile, befriends Lou, the Rock's only telescope repair specialist, then falls for her. Tosh convinces herself she loves the altogether unpleasant Robert, unwilling to admit her very real attraction for Lou. Lou also loves Tosh, but is torn apart by her worry that this attraction is evil. Meanwhile, Boober and Wembley grow closer as Mokey and Red develop feelings for each other.
Then, a wedding is announced that causes a series of political disasters both for the Rock and for its oldest scholar.

Wembley is confusing, and he's nice to his friends, he's the youngest of the creatures, and hates when day ends.
