Summary
Steve needed a change, he needed something different, he just couldn't take it anymore. The last straw for him to finally take a step forward and make that change came when his parents found out he was gay. And he was fine with it, really, he hated them anyways. He needed this push.
So he leaves, without much planning, and without saying a word. And he could've never expected the friends he'd gain from that decision, never would've expected that he'd find love, either, and in the most unlikely person.
