Lando looks obscene this close to Oscar, neck bared, heat thick in his scent. He hums a little, then tips his head back down, shuffling back further, removing any millimeter of space between his back and Oscar’s chest. “I can smell how much you want to,” he says.
Oscar feels a bit incredulous. Of course he wants him. He’s choking with need. But he can’t do anything about it. They’ve never even talked about this kind of thing before, let alone been in this incredibly torturous situation before.
“I’m an alpha,” Oscar says desperately in explanation, because surely Lando can’t blame Oscar for wanting him.

"They have a few code words at McLaren. Not because there are things they aren’t allowed to say over the radio, but because the radio is public. The code words are there to alert the pit wall or the driver to sensitive emergencies or embarrassing situations like this. Lando has never had to use one before, but Will still insisted he memorized them and quizzes him on them occasionally."
Lando finds himself in a desperate and embarrassing situation during the safety car laps in Imola. He has always been able to say in interviews that he has never pissed in the car but that is about to change. Lando struggles to cope with the humiliation and Max helps. Max also threatens people with violence and blackmail, because he is Max and he can't help himself when it comes to Lando.

Doing everything he can to get Lando to notice him after a bad, decent or great race, standing there behind him until he notices, clapping a hand on his shoulder to get his attention—feeling heat radiate from his insides when Lando smiles at him.
He wants that heat he feels on the outside of his body, too. Lando underneath him, warmth around and on their bodies as if they’re on fire, just the two of them. Full blown, hard to breathe, earth shattering sobs are escaping him, completely unable to evade the onslaught of self-hate plaguing him. Vaguely, he hears Ollie enter the apartment, but it does little more than make him cry harder at the thought of having to face his roommate.
Would Ollie be disappointed in him too? Would he tell him all of the ways he could’ve improved during the race? Would he be yet another person to tell him he didn’t deserve his seat?
The very thought made his chest ache, as if his heart was physically harmed by it, the organ twisting painfully in his chest as he hiccups through breathing.
