Summary
A year and a half after the battle with Diva. So many months after sealing the Quantum Cube in Kaiba’s labs. Yugi feels more than a bit lost and restless. The grief is still raw. The Shadows are supposed to be locked to all but a few, until Yugi stumbles upon a new source of Shadow Magic by chance. Two brothers hold the Magic, their key to survival. And as he raises them, the question stands; could more of the next generation hold their Magic as well?
Something is stirring. Old magic is beginning anew. The Millennium Items are seemingly lost, so when some begin to reappear, along with a new threat, maybe Yugi can't handle it alone.

There once was a use for Hell…to be Heaven’s garbage bin…anyone who didn’t fit their mold was thrown out and shackled, their dreams destroyed along with them. But all that changed because of the Princess of the Underworld with idea to bring forth change to her kingdom and to make it so no matter what any soul no matter how small or weak could enter Heaven’s golden gates.
Though she isn’t alone as along side her is her girlfriend Vaggie, her first patron a very lustful spider named Angel Dust, a cryptic Overlord named Alastor and his entourage Husk, Niffty, Baxter who work concierge, maid, and bellhop, respectively.

Cross Reverie, a once world renown game for it's advanced mechanics and exceptional player options. The game was elevated by a star player who became so well known for their skill and roleplay that they were regarded by even many developers as part of the lore, there were even rumors amongst players that the devs were working with the legendary player to create an overarching storyline. It wasn't true of course, at least to said player's knowledge, but that very same legendary player, Diablo, loved seeing people speculate on the forums anyway. Unfortunately Diablo seemed to disappear one day, it was hard to believe such a dedicated player had simply quit playing, so most assumed something happened to whoever was behind the screen. With the developer's plans and work to use Diablo for a long standing plot line ruined with Diablo's player vanishing, they were left to rush for something new. The game quickly grew easier, the level cap increased without proper scaling, the grind and encounters made incredibly easy, CR quickly chased away it's loyal players, and new players found nothing intriguing to keep them hooked. -Who could have guessed Diablo was still in the world of Cross all this time? In a way none could have imagined

An AU, where Grindelwald a year after Secrets of Dumbledore- in order to keep a certain powerful and very dangerous Muggle group not unlike his own happy- sells Theseus out as a British spy. After a period of torture, an unexpected magical incident frees Theseus, but the Auror finds himself a man out of time (and an assumed casualty of the war against Grindelwald) and has to deal with both the third war of his lifetime as well. How will he handle his new time, especially with a new war so close to starting? And how will people in the new time- specifically, Harry Potter and friends- react to this war hero out of time?
Starts in 1933, so mentions Nazis, the Gestapo, SS, and SA, and a certain Austrian painter. -

I really wanted to expand on the feeling of regrets and how Solas uses that to manipulate Rook into taking his place. The consequences of Rook's choices will be featured and explored. I intend to recount the game and fill in some gaps, reintroduce lore from the old games and add scenes I thought were missing, like breaks after major missions (HELLO, ROMANCED COMPANION DURING PRISON OF REGRETS). It's as lore-accurate as possible to the old games, but I have taken some liberties. Characters from old games will have bigger roles to play. Rated E for eventual smut.

Kiryu getting out of jail early should have been a happy moment, a relief to Nishiki. He's home safe, and back with the family, sitting as Nishiki's right hand, proud and willing to help his brother climb. He can't see how they look at him, the reverence that they give him, practically worshiping the ground he walks on. He doesn't see how they look at Nishiki, the lesser, the temporary set back before the real player returns. It's only a matter of time before it all boils over.
OR
Yakuza 1 rewrite where the case against Kiryu is dropped due to lack of evidence and he gets out after only two years in jail. He rejoins the family early, right before all hell breaks loose for Nishiki. When it does he feels he need to take the reins and help Nishiki through, baring the brunt of the family not realizing he is playing into all of his brother's deepest insecurities and doubts. The spiral that leads to the events of the tower was inevitable, but this time, different.
