Holding his hurt arm, he launched towards his attacker and managed to land a swing or two with his good one, and then launched into the air for flight. Before he could shoot any lasers from his eyes or do more than fly a few feet away, he felt something hit his back, and suddenly, he was on the ground in an alleyway, injured and unable to move. Whatever hit him must have had something in it, because he couldn’t feel or move his limbs.
"Call Girl to Human Kite. What's going on?!?" He could hear from his communicator. He groaned in pain, his eyes beginning to shut with his head drooping, no matter how hard he tried to keep it up. It hurt, a lot, and what made it worse was that he just couldn’t move. Panicked, yet pained, he could only whisper one thing.
"H..help.."
Static.
And then, silence.
“Agent K to base. Target is down.”
"Good work, Agent K.”
TLDR; Human Kite is captured by a secret government organization who wants to test on superheroes in order to find out how their powers work. Toolshed and Call Girl work to get their boyfriend back, along with the help of their teammates and others.
