“Peter, Peter, Peter,” Tony chided lightly. “What are we going to do with you? You clearly don’t know how to behave. You know, if you had just listened to me, we could’ve avoided this. I would have let you keep the suit, Spider-Man, everything. But now you’ve gone and ruined it all, haven't you?”
Even with his head down, Peter could sense Mr. Stark rustling around in his pockets for something. If he trained his ears towards the noise, he could just make out a thrumming vibration sound, mixed with an incessant buzz of high-pitched static.
Peter threw his head up with panicked realization. He knew that sound.
“You’re not Mr. Stark,” Peter managed to gasp.
Mr. Stark smirked. “Aren't I?"

After ponytail Strange tries to kill her for her powers, America doesn't end up in the same universe as in canon. The new universe looks superficially the same, but in this world the Ancient Greek practice of socially mandated relationships between adults and youths is still going on. People who have a lot of knowledge or influence to offer often mentor a younger protege, with the tacit understanding that what the protege brings to the table is sex. Most people agree it's beneficial to society and gives promising young people a good start in life. It's gauche to talk about the sex part in plain words though.
Everything happens exactly like in the movie, and America ends up studying at Kamar Taj. But this dark undercurrent in her new society is about to become very relevant to her life.
