So, I got this idea in the middle of the night after watching the amazing Horrortale comic created by SourApple and dubbed by TVaria SailorPeace. I am going to be creating this work where each chapter I write about a different AU, starting with classic Undertale. I'm going to do this until I run out of inspiration to do so, which may take a long time since I had so many ideas pop into my head as I was trying to sleep. When I run out of inspiration, I will finish up whichever story I was last writing, and then I will complete the work. Until then, hope you enjoy my stories~ (FYI I will be writing about characters other than Sanses and Papyruses, but I will try to focus on them a little in some AUs since everyone loves them :p).

Jonathan Combs did everything in his power to ignore his birthday. Outside of a call from his mother and a few test messages from his sister, Katharine, he didn’t acknowledge the importance of the day. It was just another day wrapped up inside of another week inside of another year.
“So… Got any plans for Saturday?” Sock had asked.
“I got no plans,” Jonathan eyed Sock warily. Did Sock know his birthday? Is that why he wanted to hang out?
“Come over. I’ll make it worth your while,” Sock promised, and Jon turned his gaze back up to his partner, who had leaned in closer to him. Sock had placed an elbow on the table and was leaning against his hand, head cocked slightly to the side. He was taking Jon in, and there was a look in his eyes that Jonathan could only describe as flirtatious, and Jon found his eyes traveling down to Sock’s lips…
Jon came to attention, refusing to continue that train of thought.
“And how are you gonna do that?” Jon challenged.
“Just you wait, Hot Stuff. I have the best surprise ever.”

They’re having a picnic, to celebrate, well, Judy’s not quite sure but Lorna insisted, and Jen is bandaging Henry’s knee after a tumble on the playground, and Judy might have like, a thing, for Jen in maternal-mode.
She could probably sell the argument that the wistfulness is about her own losses, but Lorna looks like butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth, so Judy opts for ignorance.
“Who?”
“Jennifer,” Lorna waves a hand dismissively. “I know she seems like a friend-of-Ellen, and god knows I warned my Ted about that, frigid as she was, but she’s relentlessly heterosexual. I’d know if it were otherwise.”
Judy chokes, but manages not to pass out.
“It’s not- I’m not-”
“Of course you aren’t, dear.” Lorna smiles, in the practiced, humorless way of PTA presidents and church ladies. “But for what it’s worth, I’m much more open-minded. You are, after all, very pretty.”
