Summary
Synopsis: In this Stranger Things fanfiction, Sarah Hopper never died, and lives with her father Jim Hopper in Hawkins. Sarah is friends with Mike, Lucas, Dustin, and Will, having been welcomed into their group when she moved back to Hawkins in 1978. As the boys, and Sarah, begin investigating the strange occurrences happening in their town, Sarah becomes an integral part of their team, using her intelligence and quick thinking to help them unravel the mysteries of the Upside Down. Ever since Steve Harrington lost his “crown” he became the go-to babysitter for a bunch of middle schoolers. Steve may not have been able to admit it, but he learned to love those little shits like family. That first year for Christmas, he was given a Walkie-Talkie by Dustin and taught all the important codes used by The Party, such as code Red and code Purple. Eventually said codes were being used from Eddie to Erica to call Steve. He was the designated babysitter/Mom for nearly everyone who had survived the horrors of Hawkins. Yet even Steve required support in the form of Joyce and Hopper. The only two present and semi-stable adults in their lives. Enter ‘Adventures In Babysitting’, the stories of Steve answering the radio to numerous code reds, purples, rainbows, whites, and more from his friends and family. Oh, and even the few times he called a code on himself or pulled in reinforcements.
