"It was a minor burn." Donnie said, and it felt like his throat was scorched and burned with how hard it was to speak. "I ran it under cold water. It wasn't a big deal."

Summary
After the latest overly long Justice League meeting in the Watchtower, Barry is ready to beam back down to Earth, catch a bite to eat, take a quick patrol, and then finally get home and relax. That plan is derailed, however, when he overhears something; Batman, speaking into a secret comm device, planning on smuggling an obvious supervillain into the Watchtower during his next shift with the help of known crime lord Red Hood.
So that kind of ruins Barry's plans; apparently one of their most trustworthy teammates is a traitor, a traitor in league with at least two villains, a team who together apparently have plans to infiltrate one of the most secure bases on (or rather off) of the earth.
But with the help of the information Barry overheard, the Justice League now have a time and a place to catch this villain and hopefully overthrow Batman's evil plot once and for all... at least, if things to go plan.
