Returning to his hometown was nostalgic, sure. Despite all its changes, many things remained the same. Till could only hope for normalcy coming into his senior year at Anakt High. But no, of course that wouldn't be the case. Because nothing ever turns out normal for him.

Till is thrust head first into a dating sim slash visual novel, turned his reality. He's confused, irritated, and exhausted. Unable to differentiate 'Character' and 'NPC' amongst his peers; just how is he supposed to end the game?

Summary
Cardinal Oath is a popular visual novel in the horror genre, and Till is a casual enough gamer to try it out himself. During his walk through he's come to the realization his favorite character Mizi, is fated to be dead in every single ending. Distraught, Till proceeds to write a bad review for the game on their website.
Or, Till gets isekaie'd into a religious horror visual novel, in which he may or may not find himself snapping in.

That’s it! I have waited 167 days for this to update, now it’s time for me to step up and write a fanfic for this fan fiction.
It will be bad, I will probably derail the plot immediately and it will probably be made for my eyes only, but by golly I need a continuation and I need it now!
You know what they say- “then do it yourself! Or something something”. Okay! Good advice, I’ll use it HAHA.
Author, the only thing I ask of you now is that you please never delete the current chapters, because I’ll need to read them a million more times to analyse all the characters and where the heck the plot was going.
If anyone’s asking the original is great, amazing. I wouldn’t be so desperate for more if it wasn’t intriguing. -

Has Ivan ever played chess? No. Does he even know what chess is? Also no.
Somehow, though, he performs so many mental gymnastics everyday that he might as well be constantly playing 4D chess against himself. As Sua would say, Ivan ‘thinks a lot for someone who acts like he’s never had a thought in his life.’
…Then Ivan falls in love with Till. The chess playing becomes ten times more violent.

And so commences his master plan to make Till happy – a plan that happens to take 23+ years, a brief football career, taming a dragon using quantum physics, several war crimes, and very, very, very close brushes with death.
