Enid knows she can't go through with the wedding. She can't marry him. Not after seeing Wednesday there, still the same after all these years. If only she could go back, start over, make the right choices. When the chance to do just that arises, she knows she can't pass it up. But if she's going to get it right this time, she needs to find Wednesday Addams.
Wednesday has lost contact with everyone at Nevermore, but when an all-too-familiar werewolf winds up on her steps begging for her help, she knows she won't be able to refuse.

Nat, against her better judgement, took Jackies warm, soft hands into hers and pulled her up into a sitting position. “I’ll make you a deal. I make sure you become as cool and interesting as possible and beat the fate that Shauna so nicely laid out for you, and in return you promise to shut up about her forever okay. I can’t take any more of this love-sick heartbroken rambling, and it’s barely been three hours.” Jackie looked slightly startled by this but started nodding along after a second.
“Great, then let’s get up and find you someone to bang before college truly starts because you’re right, you should not show up here a virgin.”

Summary
Jackie's corpse was taken in pieces—stripped by teeth, picked clean by desperate hands, swallowed into starving bellies. They took her in, made her part of them, let her linger in their blood, in their breath, in the marrow of their bones.
But the wilderness does not just take.
It keeps.
It waits.
Now the rivers swell, the earth loosens, and roots unfurl, winding through soil slick with memory. The trees rustle, heavy with new life, and the air thickens—rich with the musk of rot and rain, of something ancient stirring beneath the surface.
Spring is a season of resurrection.
And beneath the soft soil, Jackie breathes.

“Oh- oh, shit, you’re bleeding.”
Rhaenyra would’ve rolled her eyes if her head wasn’t pounding so heavily. “Yeah, I told you, you broke my-”
But it was then that her sight had finally cleared and she was able to see her bathroom companion for the first time.
Fuck.
A girl.
Like a laughably, ridiculously pretty girl, nearly half a foot shorter than Rhaenyra, with curling red hair streaming down her back. She stood right in front of her, uncomfortably close, with these big, dark eyes almost as teary as Rhaenyra’s own.
Her anger dissolved at once.
OR
You’re classic, self-indulgent college au.

re: where is your boy tonight? i hope he is a gentleman!
Rhaenyra Targaryen is on track to burn out after college—sure, she studies business to appease her father, but all she wants to do is fuck around and play the drums and make it to graduation. Enter Alicent Hightower, the prissy younger sister of her bandmate, Gwayne, who shares a class with her. She's far too mean, reminds Rhaenyra of every girl that would have bullied her in high school, has a douchey boyfriend, and listens to terrible pop music and nothing else. Couldn't be more opposite of Rhaenyra if she tried. However, when the two of them exchange notes and homework for their shared class, both of them discover that maybe they were wrong about each other. This, of course, is terrible news for everyone involved.
