    V1 gets through the seventh Layer of Hell, only to find that Layer 8 hasn’t been finished yet because game development takes time.

    And so, after achieving 100% completion, V1 gets so very very bored and decides to rebuild V2 using nothing but a glass jar they had filled with V2’s blood and a conveniently found manual on how to build a robot.

    This totally being the last thing that Gabriel could want, Gabriel desperately attempts to distract V1 from being able to reconstruct V2.

    Stupid and dumb antics ensue.

    After killing the Council and suddenly finding his flame being returned to him, Gabriel comes to the conclusion that his only path forward from here is to help the machines to erase Hell to the groung. Of course, he doesn't plan to let these ever blood hungry creatures to operate when everything will be set and done. But what does he need to do when the time comes to finally get the upper hand over the machine that defeated him twice already? Perhaps he should find a way to get close enough to learn its patterns.

    V1 was sure she made her message loud and clear when she beat the angel two times in a row and let him go. But it seems the idiot still didn't get the memo... Or he did, but not in the way she expected. She doesn't know what made him throw a husk's corpse at her as a "peace offering" the next time they met and the whole "the path to our goals seems to align" didn't inspire her with any confidence. There was something between the lines she couldn't point her finger on. She would humor him if only because she knows she can beat him if something goes wrong. For now at least.
