It so nearly gave Red Alert a cerebral conduit rupture that the whole Autobot High Command had to crowd around to see.
“Megatron wants what!?” Prowl scoffs as disbelief and genuine irritation spread across his faceplate.
Because Megatron wants peace with the so called 'soft-sparked' Autobots.

Summary
Starscream is turned into a sparkling by a terrorist using unkown tech and taken in by autobots. If you ask him however, he's been brutally captured.
Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad if he didn't have his adult memories. What's even worse is everyone thinks he's dead and his useless infantile frame won't allow him to communicate the truth.
