In 2009 Stephen Strange and Tony Stark met for the first time. To say they clashed would probably be an understatement.
Years later, they meet again as Doctor Strange and Iron Man. By this point, they are both different people than they were when they first collided. Maybe, they have even changed enough to find some common ground between them. -

Summary
After the Snap has been reversed (and everyone survived), Tony's life isn't working out as planned. Things with Pepper are not going well and the Avengers are still split up. Also there is the small problem of Tony's judgement being clouded by the effect of Wanda's mind spell.
At the same time, Stephen is struggling to come to terms with all of the futures he experienced in the time stone. And that's already without the spiritual effects they've had on him. But maybe, they can help each other.

Summary

Stephen Strange, an alpha neurosurgeon has been looking for a caregiver for his mother, who is paralyzed from the waist down after a horse-riding accident.
When Tony turns up to interview for Beverly Strange's caregiver, Stephen immediately wants to turn him away, especially when Tony brings his young daughter with him. Beverly, however, has other ideas.
As time passes, the two grow closer, Stephen begins to understand he’s misjudged Tony, forms an attachment with Morgan, and things seem to be going well…
Until Stephen has to go to an erotic club for a work function, and one of the performers seems very familiar…

Strange didn’t even want to be married to him, but the implication that he was anything less than a perfectly desirable partner and suddenly he was offended. “I’m a fantastic catch. If anyone was going to be the weak link in this marriage it wouldn’t be me.”
Now Tony was the one offended; him, the weak link? How dare. “Excuse you. I’d be a devoted partner. Devoted. You wouldn’t know what hit you. You’d feel absolutely cherished.” Yes, Tony had a lot of faults, but lack of dedication to a partner, when he actually had a partner—which, admittedly, had been rare—was not one of them.
“Oh good,” Wong said, hanging up the phone and handing it back to Tony. “You two can be a wonderful, devoted couple for the next year.” He clapped his hands together with a sense of dooming finality. “Congratulations on the marriage.”
