Summary
At long last, the Breach will be closed and the Inquisition will finally turn their attention to the threatening shadow of the Venatori. But of course, that's not how it goes. The Venatori step out of the shadows first. The true nature of the Elder One and his power is revealed with devastating consequences.
Lanil Surana is stuck in the middle of a brand new war, hanging onto the dregs of the previous one by the skin of her teeth. Violence, grief, in-fighting, and rejection hound her every step forward, but amongst the worst months of her life she finds true friendship, meets heroes, and discovers a purpose worth fighting the world for.
Perhaps there might be room for romance, if Lanil ever stopped running from it.

After the breaking of the Ferelden Circle more than a decade before, Lanil Surana was sent to the Montsimmard Circle to regain some semblance of sanity and purpose. Her close relationship to Grand Enchanter Fiona changed her life for the better even while she struggled with an unquenchable rage rooted deep in her heart. Only her actions can show how grateful she truly is, and she'll do anything to pay back everything the Grand Enchanter did for her.
If that means travelling to an apocalyptic future with an annoying smart-ass Tevinter mage, begging the Inquisition for help, facing too many ghosts from her past, punching royals in the face, play-acting roles she'd never had, and desperately trying to find anyone willing to help her people and protect their hard-won freedom, then that is exactly what she will do.

Summary
Evelyn, 21, college senior, officially lost her mind. At least, that's what it looks like to everyone else. Giving up friends, family, her last semester of college, everything, she goes to podunk nowhere town in Castanet to be a farmer, despite her negligible experience in anything country-ish. But sometimes, you have to do things that are crazy to everyone else, but are important and the right things to do.
Basic following of the story line of Animal Parade, made slightly more realistic? Eh, kinda. With intrigue, romance, and what it means to be brave... and what it takes to be happy.

The first time it happens, Will classifies it as a little accident.
When he wakes, the morning sun is burning through the window onto their faces, and Mike’s cursing as he stands to close the curtains, stumbling all the way.
“Scoot over,” he grumbles, voice dry, and for a second Will can’t do anything other than sigh like a lovesick idiot. It’s a second too late for Mike, because he grumbles more words Will doesn’t catch under his breath and then physically pushes Will towards the wall to lay beside him, arm over Will’s middle. A second of silence passes, then Mike sighs, only to whine: “Fuck, my head hurts.”
Will can’t help it: he breaks down laughing, much to Mike’s offense.

Dean is a grown-ass man - he can take perfectly good care of himself, thank you very much. Except that sometimes the easier or more fun choices aren't always the right or best ones, and, all right, maybe thinking ahead and working the long game isn't his strongest suit. It's fine! He's fine.
When he meets Castiel, he realizes that flying by the seat of his pants may not be the best way to attract the super-serious (gorgeous, funny, genius) Alpha. Dean's shrink has been telling him he needs to start making "grown-up choices," and if that's what he has to think about in order to make Cas fall for him, then he'll give it a whirl.
