"Get on with it, Vegas." Pete’s voice came out gravelly and torn. He had a faint memory of being bludgeoned over the head, as evidenced by the pounding ache behind his eyes and the blood running from his temple. "Kill me.”
Vegas' smile gave the barest flicker. "Oh, I will. Don't you worry. But first I will feed on you, human."

Summary
Pete becomes Vampire Vegas’ human helper. He’s the one responsible to bring food (people) to Vegas. He has to prepare it (bleed them) in a neat little glass too, because Vegas is the sort of vampire (weirdo) who doesn’t like to drink directly from his victims. It’s not like Pete (liar) wants Vegas to drink from him anyway.
Or the one in which Pete's blood tastes terrible and Vegas doesn't bite people, yet they can't help themselves.
If it turns out they're deadly to one another, well, that's just another minor inconvenience.- Language:

Summary
‘Wow’, was Vegas' first thought when he looked at the other person's face. He has never seen this guy before here. The time seems to stop, and his ears are not working for some reason. The only thing he can hear is his own heart pounding in his ears. He might be new; Vegas thinks to himself. The other guy keeps talking to him, his lips move forming some kind of words, but his brain isn't processing them. But the only thing he can concentrate on now are how the other is smelling, a mix of citrus and woodiness, like summer itself and the way his face is flushed making his cheeks and ears pink. He can spot about five freckles on the guy’s face and while he talks one keeps disappearing into the dimple that’s forming on his left cheek.
I wrote this long ago like in December/January perhaps. I wanted to read an AU where Vegas and Pete fall in love at first sight. So, I wrote one and here we are. That's it that's the whole idea behind this fic.
