A complete reimagining of the Harry Potter series with Hermione as a Slytherin protagonist. Currently ongoing rewriting each book in the series.
This is the first HP fanfic I decided to check out, having only seen the movies (And refusing to read Rowling’s books) and I feel like I had the experience many people had going through HP the first time!
I felt a lot of wonder, intrigue, excitement, dread, and even tension the further I read on, bingeing chapters overnight! The author’s take on HP lore and inclusion of her own worldbuilding and re-examination of magic feels like a natural, organic extension of canon! Hermione is an amazing character to experience this story through, working through her flaws, making many unexpected friends and allies, and executing AMBITIOUS plans to be the best witch in the wizarding world!
I’ll bet you will feel the same longing of “What happens next? Where will things go from here?!” the same way I felt seeing the fanfic’s endings for Philosopher’s Stone & Chamber of Secrets. I absolutely love (can’t find a better stronger word than that) the subplots Hermione has with the Goblins and the House Elves. A lot of gripes and missed potential in canon HP is DIRECTLY addressed in this fanfic (dare I say FIXED) and I couldn’t be happier reading through all its twists and turns!
If you are a fan in any way of Harry Potter I highly recommend giving this a read!

A really fun AU series about finding and repairing Glamrock Bonnie.
One of the biggest elements is the main pairing of Freddy/Bonnie (which I now actively ship, I have been convinced #ChangeMyMind) that honestly makes my heart melt.
But the heart and soul of the series is the father/son dynamic of Freddy and Gregory that has so many wholesome and heartwarming moments of the two that made me silently squeal on first read.
Great characterization, love the author’s take on the FNAF lore, really fun engaging plot, and amazing character studies. Actively love and cannot wait to see how the series progresses!

An AU where Shuichi dies in the first trial and the fallout and changes throughout how the cast reacts differently to the detective's death.
This is one of the earliest V3 fics created (started and getting updates before V3 was localized to English) and one of the first fanfics that I read when I was still reeling after V3's ending. The author is great at writing character-centered plots, the mysteries intrinsically tied to each character arc/development. Their prose gives off a melancholy and somber atmosphere being inside Kaede's perspective and her guilt that spans from the first trial. Characters that I loved in V3, I grew to love more from this fic's perspective changes, even made me love characters I was very meh about too.
It was a strange but pleasant feeling I got when I figured out who the survivors were. A gut feeling instantly from knowing who the third trial's victim was. The survivors that were focused on were both my favorite in the canon game and in this AU.
I'd Trade My Life For Yours is a good melancholy character-centered mystery that gave me a bittersweet but cathartic feeling as the story concluded. I'm glad it was one of the first fanfics I ever read! -

An amazing original mystery set in an crossover world of Danganronpa & Zero Escape. It has very intriguing and fun murder mysteries, the characters have great arcs and cool backstories, and a lot of great scenes for banter, jokes, and slice-of-life conversations between the cast.
A few notable highlights:
- The writing felt it coincided mine and the main character's opinion of several characters growing higher and lower closely as the story proceeds. It made it easy to follow along in Rin's shoes.
- Monokuma is a mischievous rebellious ball of energy who I grew attached to INCREDIBLY early on.
- The entirety of Ch4. The focus on one of my favorite characters getting the spotlight in Daily Life segment, the mystery, trial, and revelations throughout were an absolute rollercoaster to read through. The final decisive proof for the Class Trial I seriously got stuck on before getting absolutely hit with the revelation, easily clicks everything into place (its seriously my favorite part of the story).
- The narrative handles heavy complex topics really well. Topics the tags cover are given the sensitivity they deserve. The ending takeaway was a powerful one that I keep around in my head.Danganronpa Operation VK is a giant love letter to Danganronpa and Zero Escape. If you are a fan of either of these properties or both I would highly recommend!
