Summary
Down to the remaining eleven rebels in the country of Japan, all seems lost. The ultimate win of the League is on the horizon, the country is in shambles, and the last heroes are slowly being picked off one by one, the years long war is almost over. Then Deku, leader of the last rebel faction, is given the chance to start over. A civilian with a time travel quirk has offered his services, and it is an opportunity that none of them can refuse. The chance to save their friends and families and loved ones is a chance that's worth the risks and the expectations. Even if it means having to disappear when in the past, these last heroes will do whatever it takes, with Deku leading the charge.
Starting over from square one shouldn't be too difficult, despite the laundry list of actions to be taken.

Here, All Might added one more line when he tried to save a boy by shattering his dream.
Here, Midoriya Izuku had one nagging thought as he raced forward to save his childhood friend.
Here, an old quirkless villain offers Izuku an opportunity to create real change.
(OR: Quirkless Izuku enrolls into the villain/vigilante equivalent of U.A. where he is collectively adopted and given the love and support he deserves by some weird moral(ish) villains.
