Summary
Two years before Dabi joins the League of Villains, he's running low on cash and running out of options. He ends up working with the Shie Hassaikai, expecting the usual yakuza dealings, drugs, weapons, money laundering. What he doesn't expect is that in a room in their base, there is a terrified, heavily bandaged little girl clearly being used as some kind of experiment. It always comes back, kind of like the stubborn kind of puke you throw up when you have been drinking too much. You know it’s coming when you feel it knocking at the back of your throat. You can’t stop it, and there’s no way around it. If you avoid it, it will become a whole other mess for you to clean up.

Dabi is starving and falling apart after three years on the streets, and his revenge plans are still a work in progress. He could give them all up for a place to call home.
