There were certain facts about the crew that were never directly stated, but acknowledged by all nonetheless. Little truths that included not trusting 97% of the words coming from Usopp’s mouth or protecting Chopper at all costs—sentiments that didn’t need discussion or debate, they were just fact.
Zoro had always assumed that Sanji being an omega was one of them.

His eyes are still glued to the strangers.
The stranger stares at him wide eyes, brows slightly furrowed upward, as if he was feeling exactly whatever Sanji was experiencing. The question if he was, was at the very tip of Sanji’s tongue, with each passing millisecond that it goes unspoken, burning his mouth. But Sanji’s a coward, he always has been. He’s given up on his childhood dream and running away from this euphoric feeling isn’t gonna be any different for him.
Sanji and Zoro have been in love with each other ever since they first locked eyes at the Baratie.
Sanji becomes best fucking friends with denial and Zoro, at this point, is just along for the ride.

“Strong enough for Straw Hat, and crazy enough to accept his advances,” another patron mused. “There aren’t many people that can say they’d meet those requirements.”
“It’s pretty much just the Worst Generation, right?” someone else pointed out. Law scowled at his drink and wished Penguin wasn’t such a busybody.
“Makes sense. Those Worst Generation guys all seem pretty close. When they’re not trying to kill each other, anyway,” the bartender pointed out with a shrug. Law had to admit he was right, at least when it came to Luffy. The idea of Luffy dating someone in their exclusive little band made sense to him, too.Or: Five times Law was jealous of Luffy's mystery boyfriend, and one time he realized the mystery boyfriend was Law himself.

Zoro groaned as unused muscles signaled their displeasure at being stirred to life. The sound alerted Sanji, who gasped, his head snapping towards him.

“Unhand me,” Sanji snarled.
“I'd recommend exiting this place.”
“I can't do that with you holding me, you brute.” Sanji kicked out, getting a good kick square into the man's chest. He barely registered the kick. Sanji kicked again and the man's robe slid open just enough that Sanji could see the large scar across his abdomen.
“You're feisty,” the man said.
