There's something wrong with Reigen Arataka.
He doesn't have whatever it is that other people have that makes them care about each other the way they're supposed to. Perhaps that's why he became a con artist - he's already a fraud who doesn't care about others.

Serizawa's body moves forward with uncharacteristic confidence, no trace of the psychic's usual hesitancy in his gait. "Thought I'd bring home a little something extra tonight."
Reigen's jaw works soundlessly for a moment, processing what he's seeing. It shouldn't be possible. Possession of a single human was taxing enough for most spirits, let alone controlling two bodies simultaneously. And Serizawa was a powerful psychic in his own right.
Yet here they are.
TL;DR: Dimple possesses both Serizawa and Yoshioka to fuck Reigen.
