    Summary

The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?

And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.

Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:

"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...

    "Let's be heroes."

The Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto's time seems to have forgotten just why the village was founded and have lost their way. Through a mishap with a hiraishin seal, Tobirama finds himself during Naruto's time and he is having none of this nonsense. His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so.

And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets.

All Tobirama does know for certain is that no child will suffer underneath the protection of Konoha and if he has to take them in and care for them himself, then he will.

**here's to hoping updating existing chapters doesn't send out update alerts/emails. I'm doing some sporadic editing of this fic. Just some grammar, punctuation, and small facts. Sorry if I confuse anyone.**

    Summary

In which Sollux Captor, troll of many curses including the most cursed love life, falls hard in pale pity for Dayvhe, apparently the planet's least romanceable troll. In which Dayvhe himself is basically more secret vault than troll at this point and generally wishes that everyone else would just chill the fuck out for once.

Contains slow burn 'will they/won't they' pale rom, frankly scandalising pale displays, a best friendship for the ages, highly illegal non-quadrant romance, polyamorous non-quadranted romance, inadvisable body mods, poor decisions and revolutionary content. Contains more plot than strictly needed comprising of shocking revelations, intergenerational hoofbeastshit, and outright rebellion. Unsuitable for trolls seven sweeps and under.

    Summary

Your favorite place on the ship is a small wing of the upper deck dining hall called a “coffee shop.” You don’t really know much about it, actually, except for the little things you hear now and then. Coffee is a drink from a planet called Earth, as is the alien chained to the counter, who calls itself a “human.” You only know that much because you overheard it say so to an angry highblood once.

This fic is incredibly good. Space opera/coffee shop deconstruction. Yes there will be plot. There will be so much plot. The story does not take place solely within the coffee shop. The romances are constructed really sweetly and are totally romantic. This is the rarepair fic you need, and also the Tavros-centric fic you need. It is so good. It feels like a movie. I cannot emphasize enough, it is so great, don't skip it.

July 7th, 1964 is a quiet day in the small town of Skaia. That is, until Kurloz Makara turns up face down in the creek behind the church. That’s when things get to be a lot more interesting for one Ms. Terezi Pyrope and her unfortunate acquaintance, one Mr. Sollux Captor.

    Bookmarker's Notes

A desolate, empty-street feeling... A small town is rocked apart by a murder, as the people who live there try to paper over their own secrets and relationships get messy. It's a story about first loves lost and found and the sadness that comes from change. Woven through the story is a gentle exploration of adolescent sexuality in the sixties, where it's clear the main characters live in a society that doesn't accept them, but where they and their friends quietly accept and support one another.
With the names changed, this would absolutely pass for required reading in school.
