Those of the Jujutsu World were apt at dealing with, exorcising, and exterminating curses. After all, they were manifestations of everything evil about the human spirit. Given was it that these beings must be eradicated from existence. It was what he was blessed to do, what he was creating the new generation of Jujutsu to do.
But she wasn't a commodity of evils, negativities, and malignant human feelings. What she was; it was a being made from human hope. And she would be enough to shove the world of sorcerers on its axis and make him see a new aspect of life through his eyes that could already see past everything.

Summary
For Dream and Wilbur, being judged by their past actions and dubbed a "bad guy" or "tyrant" is nothing new. Even though no one else seems to believe them, they both have changed greatly from the men they once were. Brutal torture and being dead for thirteen and a half years created plenty of time for them to reflect and regret past actions. Dream and Wilbur find great comfort in the fact that they each want to erase all the pain they caused people who were once considered friends. Sadly, there is no way to change the past... Unless...

Holy shit, I’m not going to lie this fic is one of the best damn fan fictions I have ever read. Not gonna lie, it’s angsty as all hell and I love it for it. I have no idea how to put it into words how great this book was. Truest pleasure to read.
There’s so many side of just showing that nothing is black and white. The Author also doesn’t hold out on us with trauma, and expected responses to trauma. I appreciate dream not being like “oh dope, I am so strong and such a big man that tournament doesn’t do anything to me.”
