Summary
Vash thought he was perfectly satisfied with his body, especially with the way Nai- his twin brother/ lover- worshipped it daily. But summer has come, and he's discovered something new about himself. He's jealous of his male friends' penises. But Vash is terrified of going under for surgery again, considering his past experiences. However, considering how Vash and Nai got together to begin with, it can't be that big of a stretch for him to find a way to swap pants and try the other side for a bit.

He curls in on himself, tucking his legs under the bench, but his knees knock against the table, too long, too big, and it sends his eyes burning. It makes everything within him burn. “It’s not exactly possible, but I’ve always wanted…to feel small, sometimes.”
“Just sometimes?” II says.
His face burns. “It doesn’t matter. Most people laugh like it’s some sort of inside joke, but I get why. Those are soft things and I'm the furthest thing from that. I don't get to be.”
“But you wanna be?”
He swallows, looking away. “Doesn’t matter. No one’s wanted to.”
“What if I did?”
He blinks once, then twice. “Huh?"

Summary
IV has been what the media calls "big" his entire life. He's been made fun of, taunted, put down, you name it. He's tried for so long to shed his extra weight.
He's been with the band for a while now, has settled in well as both band-mate and roommate. Things are going great! He's happy for the others and their relationship. He's happy to be their supportive friend, knows he doesn't stand a chance. But maybe, if he can get himself in shape, they'd see something in him, too? Maybe if he takes things a little further, works out a little more and eats a little less, he'll have more success.
The others notice his changing habits and are more than a little concerned.
