Summary
Manco decides a break from the West is in order after ridding the world of El Indio, and meeting Douglas again in the hotel of El Paso, so when the man offers Manco a place in his home in Carolina, Manco can't bring himself to refuse. When the pair arrives in Carolina, Manco quickly finds himself feeling more comfortable than he anticipated he would--so comfortable, even, that he allows himself to be more vulnerable with Mortimer than he ever thought possible.

After failing his latest psych evaluation, Agent Stone finds himself pulled from almost a decade in the international field and placed on domestic babysitting duty for an eccentric scientist who makes it very clear that Stone could either walk away right now or else quit in a bodybag. Well, Stone has never been a quitter and what begins as a war of attrition over some HR forms slowly morphs into a functional(?) working relationship and the beginnings of a deeply unprofessional crush on his boss. That is, right up until the government comes up with a plan B to get rid of them both.
