And he sat back down.

He'd uprooted himself from life with his adoptive family and given up his dreams of becoming a world-famous actor as a teenager to marry his childhood sweetheart-- an alpha that ended up lying to him, then let his family send him away after a traumatic accident before shacking up with his sort-of sister instead.
