Summary
“Dear god that’s worshiped in this shrine, let me meet an interesting ghost today.”
“Interesting ghost, huh?” A voice echoed off the walls of the shrine.
“Well, looks like I may have gotten one.” Wei Wuxian kept his smile, leaning against the table. “I mean, hiding from me even though you don’t fear me. That’s not typical of most ghosts.”
“I agree.” The ghost replied. “I pride myself on not being like those worthless spirits.”
Wei Wuxian got a bad feeling following those words. “You think yourself superior to other ghosts?”
“Of course I do. I killed many of them.”

Wei Wuxian is charged with exorcising a ghost at a small run-down shrine. Upon arrival, he discovers the ghost to be a strong foe who holds a strong connection to the world. No matter what Wei Wuxian does, he isn’t able to exorcise the ghost, but instead learns about the lingering regret of the solemn spirit.

Summary
Angels and demons. As different as they are, they make up two sides of a coin, with humanity as the unlucky table that the coin manages to land on.
Humans knew of the demons and angels, and they all avoided them. Mostly to save their own skin, but it is also due to the different realms the different races live. The angels had the vastest land, many dimensions were owned by one of the 4 major sects: YunmengJiang, GusuLan, LanlingJin, or QingheNie. All angelic sects were in an alliance, all against the demons. The demons were also unified under one alliance, led by the QishanWen sect. The demons worked to cause chaos among both the humans, and the angel realms.
For many millenniums, the two sides fought, one side trying to destroy, and one side trying to protect.Every 10 years, all angels that reach the age of 100 are sent to GusuLan’s main realm: Cloud Recesses. They train under strict rules to fight the demons. While training, an angel named Wei Wuxian finds himself being drawn to another angel, a stoic member of the GusuLan sect. While the two slowly begin to grow a mutual bond of respect, the demons strike against the angels.

Maria and the rest of the ARK were evacuated before the G.U.N. raid. Shadow was locked aboard the ARK in a stasis pod for 50 years. Eggman found notes from his grandfather about the Eclipse Cannon, but not Shadow.
Instead we get Sonic literally tripping over Shadow's pod and releasing him by pure accident. What's a top secret government bio-engineered hedgehog to do when surrounded by a bunch of people who know nothing about who he is supposed to do?
