Summary
Gotham is unusually quiet when it happens. A portal opens. Out of it comes a mysterious man in a blue and yellow outfit, face hidden by some kind of cowl or mask. Dick goes back home to tell his father. Bruce doesn't appreciate this stranger in his town, so he investigates.
Meanwhile, this stranger doesn't want to be here any more than they want him there. But maybe that will change.
