Summary
Stewy runs his hands over his face, frigid fingers stinging whatever parts of it he can still feel. He came here tonight to see Kendall, relieved to finally have him back. Him, him. Not like other times. Other times when Kendall would slip into an episode of some sort and vanish until he came back Wrong.
How long does it take to get frostbite? Stewy wonders and tries to unclench his jaw, He straightens his jacket like he’s getting ready for school pictures or entering a board meeting or something. Dude, fucking chill, he berates himself. All that stands between Stewy and warmth and comfort and his favorite person on earth is a layer of tempered glass. And something that tastes like fear in the back of his throat. Suck it up, he mumbles to himself as he huffs out a cloud of breath and slides the door open.
