Being a new parent is difficult. Being a new parent to de-aged soldiers with knowledge of the future, a general mistrust of everyone, and a habit of keeping secrets, all in the middle of a tense situation between historic enemies...well, that is slightly more difficult.

But Cal kept his gaze on his Master, lips moving in wordless apologies. He had tried. He had tried so hard. But Cal had failed. This hadn’t been the life his Master had been preparing him for. What his Master had wanted of him. He truly wanted to apologize, saying how sorry he was for failing the Jedi. For failing all of the Jedi. For failing his Master. It wasn’t new of him to think this, to wish for someone else in his position- someone who was more skilled, more experienced. Just someone...else. He kept looking at his Master, looking at the now grayish skin and the white eyes. Maybe- maybe if he had had a different master…

All Din wanted to do was find the Child a sorcerer teacher, pick up a job or two, and follow his Creed.

    Summary

Obi-Wan woke up to the Force feeling immensely pleased with itself, which was never a good omen. If anyone was going to be randomly turned into a pre-teen overnight, naturally it would be him. For some reason, Obi-Wan realised he wasn’t even surprised anymore. He had a bad feeling about this.

Or: Your classic de-aged Obi-Wan fic but with a (Jedi Apprentice-fuelled) twist. A crappy crack/angst rollercoaster that somehow saves the galaxy.

    Summary

When Obi-Wan got back from Naboo, things were...different. The Jedi council had never been so cold to him, but his friends were the same as ever. Grappling with the death of his Master and the young boy he'd promised to raise, he didn't have much time to reflect on it. If he fought hard against the rising darkness, he could beat it back and only use the light. If he closed his eyes in front of the mirror, he didn't have to see their new yellow color. If he just ignored it, it would all go away.
    Right?

(Obi-Wan kills Maul on Naboo. This changes everything and nothing.)
