    Hawks’ gaze dropped to the guy’s name badge, which read ‘Dabi’ in neat writing. So that was the name of the jerk who refused to serve him coffee. He wondered if he had a problem with Hawks exclusively, or just everybody. “The machine hasn’t been turned off yet.” He said, smile thin. He was the number two hero, surely the barista could just make him one goddamn coffee so he could finally go home.
    Dabi watched him for a long moment. Slowly, without looking away, one of his hands untucked from his pocket and reached over. There was an audible click as he switched the coffee machine off. “Yes it has.”
    Hawks’ eyebrow twitched violently.
    “It’s four o’clock. Can you leave now? We’re closing.”
    Hawks turned dead eyes on the customer still asleep at the bar. “What about him?”
    “Don’t harass our other customers. I’ll call the heroes.”
    Hawks’ eyes, if possible, became even more dead. What had he done to deserve this, he wondered.

    Or: Hawks is used to being treated like a celebrity, so the barista who continuously goes out of his way to be a pest is beyond annoying. The problem? His coffee is more delicious than anything else Hawks has ever tasted in his life.
