Law and Luffy made a mistake while drunk at a party, and they were left to deal with the consequences.
Five years later and Luffy's a well known up and coming streamer while Law works a residence at the hospital. They do their best to raise their four year old son, keeping quiet about it to most of the people in their lives. Once people realized how young they were, they were quick to judge and they'd wanted to keep Chopper away from it.
However, with one wrong move during a stream, the perfect image Luffy had built up starts to fall away and they're forced to come to terms with letting other people in their lives.
