    In the early 2000s, college student Cindy Bourtzinakou interviews Marcus Gaines and is treated to Hawk's and Tim's love story and much more.

    This fic is modeled on the characters and scenes from Emily Brontë's novel 'Wuthering Heights'. Marcus serves as the narrator (Nelly Dean) and Cindy as the listener (Mr. Lockwood), who in turn writes down the tale.
    Hawkins Fuller meets Tim as a young boy when Tim comes to stay at the Fullers' house in 1946. A romance of bittersweet and violent passion ensues, with Hawk being very similar in character to Catherine Earnshaw, and Tim being the beloved and scorned Heathcliff.
    Marcus Gaines, the son of the Fullers' maid and Hawk's best friend, witnesses the lives of the two lovers for more than four decades, largely ignoring his own feelings. As the interview progresses, Cindy learns something about herself as well...
