“What are you up to?” Giorno asked absent-mindedly with his chin resting on his palm, lost to the air of elegance surrounding his lover.
“All these wildflowers gave me an idea”, Fugo replied, and sat back down on the plaid, setting the small, fragrant bouquet and his tinted sunglasses aside. “Is it okay if I touch your hair?”
“Yes”, Giorno replied with anticipation, and Fugo hovered behind him, tenderly combing through his hair with his fingers.
“I thought I’d braid some flowers in your hair. And not just any flowers. I tried to pick ones that reminded me of you... Or rather how you make me feel.”
Giorno and Fugo, recently married, go on a picnic on their day off.

“He is Osamu’s age,” is what Fukuzawa says. “Do you reckon they’ll want to meet each other?”
Right on cue, they hear Dazai's bedroom door open and then close, followed by the sound of a pair of feet walking down the stairs. Mori watches their son emerge from the edges of sleep, hair unkempt and sticking out in various directions. He looks outside again and sees their new neighbors and the kid with red hair, chatting about one thing or the other.
“Yes,” Mori says. “Perhaps they’ll even be great friends.”
Or: Fukuzawa and Mori watches their son grow up and navigate through life with the kid next door.

By now, four months into his pregnancy, Chuuya could say with confidence that he was actually ready to have this, to have some happiness in his life that lasted longer than a few days or weeks, have something that wouldn't be temporary. He was still learning. and even though he and Dazai had been together for a few years now, sometimes he was still scared that one day he would wake up and find his Alpha gone, leaving him because he became bored or had just been messing with Chuuya all this time.
