Summary
It's not like she's super inexperienced. Plenty of people have asked her out. She's dated exactly four guys and one girl (her "relationships" with the guys lasted one week each and didn't go anywhere beyond awkward hand holding, and the one with the girl ended with said girl never talking to her again after her mom had caught them kissing in the photo booth in the mall). So, while she's not horrible at the whole dating thing, she's pretty horrendous at the crush and relationship thing.
She's used to being chased, not the chaser, and for some reason it feels like MK's got her running a whole marathon.
Or: Julia's a closet lesbian and a judgemental bitch. She also kind of has a crush on MK, but it's not like that's going to go anywhere. Screw whatever Bowie says. Bowie's full of shit.

Well, that's weird because Frak didn't come to dinner last night, but how would Ras use him to get under their skin? Maybe it'd work on just Arin, but the rest of them have never met...

Suddenly wide awake, Nya cranes her head around, searching for curly auburn hair and a dark blue gi. And, would you look at that, there he is, placing down his meal alongside the rest of his team just a few tables down.
After Jay loses his match, Ras doesn't send him away.
Nya sees this as an opportunity. Nobody else seems to agree.

She turns back to look at him from where she was already heading towards the door. "Hm?"
"I am very glad you're okay," he says with a soft grin.
Nya pauses, unsure of how to respond, because she's not okay, and she doesn't think she'll ever be okay.
But... maybe that's okay.

Not- not because he needs to checked-in on, just- doing a nice friendly thing, yep, okay, bye, I’m leaving now.” She slips out of her chair and dashes out of the kitchen. She scowls, smacking the side of her head as soon as she’s out of sight and speed-walking down some hallway she doesn’t find familiar.
