felix was always touching oliver, a hand on his shoulder or back leading him to whatever pub he’d decided to drag him to, bumping their shoulders together as they walked because of course he couldn’t walk in a straight line, lips pressed to the crown of his head or his cheek when oliver had done something particularly lovely for him or just because he thought it the best way to say goodbye.
oliver never touched felix, unless necessary, otherwise, felix always initiated contact, hand on his back or shoulder bumping against him, kissing his cheek. it made oliver ache to touch back, especially when he thought he saw the same disappointed look in felix’s eyes that he often thought was obvious in his own, but he didn’t. couldn’t. not yet, perhaps not ever.
