Summary

Set before the war, Jazz is sparked in Helix as the heir to the throne of Cybertron. Prowl, sparked nearly two centuries before Jazz, but refused to take a noble charge because of a quote feeling. Once Jazz was brought into existence, now the Praxian struggles to keep his inner voice (which also happens to be an alternative transformation) from making the prince his when their charge comes of age. And Jazz doesn't make it easy when he refuses the king and queen's order to find a spark mate.

This is set in an alternate universe where there are no Autobots or Decepticons.
After a century long war between the civilized part of Cybertron (known to the wild Cybertronians as the Outlands) and the wild clan. The two leaders came to an unsteady agreement to end the war, their oldest creations formed a spark bond. Mirage wasn't happy about the decision and Hound being a sentimental mech tries his best to impress his future mate. And Mirage being well Mirage says some offensive stuff and that causes the wild mech to back out of the bonding. They don't see each other for a long time until a certain Polyhexian kicks Mirage in the aft into correcting his wrong.

Summary
Officially, Praxus was ruled by the Lord of Law, but everyone knew that position was just a figurehead—the true ruler governed from the shadows.
If the Lord of Law didn’t rule, most mechs assumed his council did. But that was also false.
The real leader of Praxus was the Baron, aka the Lord of the Underworld.
Praxus used to be a city of laws. Slowly but surely, however, the gangs took over. They corrupted everything they touched. Soon, Praxus was in anarchy, barely standing afloat. They maintained pretenses to prevent other city-states from attempting to take over the renowned grounder city.
That’s when one of the gang leaders took charge. He became a kingpin, taking over the city one district at a time. He climbed the social ladder until he got to the Lord of Law’s council. Summary
It’d be easier, Dick thinks, if there was something obvious he could point to. A clear-cut example, where any outside observer would have to agree. Something that couldn’t be argued to just be a power play, or training, or part-and-parcel of being a hostage.
There isn’t. Maybe that’s the point.
Dick paid attention in Batman’s training, he knows what grooming is. He knows what sexual abuse is. But this? This is something he has no frame of reference for.
Or: an apprentice fic where Slade’s kinks are a little unusual, and Dick has trouble finding where the line is.
