Summary
Tommy wakes up in the ruins with no name, no memories, and no powers—just fire in his lungs and ash in his mouth. The world is loud and wrong, bandits circling, nightmares clinging to him even in the daylight.
The city remembers a monster called Blazeborn, a villain whispered about in fear.
Tommy doesn’t.The heroes who save him—Philza, Techno, and Wilbur—see only a half-starved, terrified fifteen-year-old boy. They bring him into their home, fold him into their found-family warmth, and try to stitch him back together.
But Tommy’s memories aren’t gone. They’re waiting.

Hello! I based this one-shot on a comment by @iv0ryb0nes: Imagine in an alternate timeline where Tommy was still bitter towards Tubbo for exiling him and Tubbo still believed Tommy was the root cause of everything and it was better when he was gone so instead of Tubbo willingly giving himself up Tommy and Tubbo fight to the death and Tommy ends up killing Tubbo in rage but doesn’t realize it till after he’s dead and he’s so grief stricken that Dream comforts and manipulates him into staying in the prison with the promise of one day reviving Tubbo if Tommy is on “good behavior”

Or, by the time they did, it was already too late.

(The hairs on the back of his neck stand up and a chill runs down his back. He dismisses it, thinking it’s because of the cold metal bedframe.)

When Tony recruited Spider-Man during the debacle of the Sokovia Accords, he never thought it would lead to anything else but a mentorship; giving the boy a suit and a few pointers here and there. He never dreamt that Peter would charm his way into Tony’s life, claiming a spot right next to Morgan. For a while, it looked like the universe finally gave Tony a break.
Until Spider-Man suddenly disappears.
For two years, Tony doesn’t stop looking for him, doing everything in his power to bring the boy back. But to no avail. It’s like the earth opened up and swallowed him, leaving behind nothing but a Peter-shaped hole in Tony’s heart.
Then, during one mission, they meet a HYDRA agent who can stick to walls and has a very familiar face.
