I love the characterization, they are devastating, holy cow. Inadvertently forced me to write three analytical essays (one of them was over 4000 words 😭) about how the author effectively develops their trauma, and uses it to develop their relationships with themselves, as well as each other. The third one was a pretty unrelated Hyuluka analysis, but I was in the zone from the other two, so I think this work is a source of inspiration for that one, rather than the subject of analysis. I need Mizi and Sua to either, both die tragically, or maybe preferably (??? depends on the execution, but I believe monochrxmatic_lya can pull it off, spectacularly) escape together and join the rebellion as well, there is the “Nobody dies” tag, so maybe??? or maybe that’s a temporary tag… either way, I’ll probably be satisfied, as I adore everything about this thus, far. I hope Hyuna and Luka get to at least smile at each other or smtg, I love them so much, and I desperately want Luka to be free. I want Hyuna to go full “Take My Hand” mode on him, all like, “I will never forgive you for what you have done, but I am more than willing to help you learn to forgive yourself.” vibes ❤️❤️❤️ and they love each other, but are working on themselves now, and they know their relationship will never be quite “normal”. blah blah, anyway the second last tag scares me a little, as I’m not a fan of that sort of thing (I’m, asexual, just like my boy, Till. Yippee!), but I will continue reading this anyway as it’s fucking gas. I just hope it’s very tame or at least skippable.
