“Detective Walker.”
Kate turned around, but upon facing him, she froze in place, her eyes wide and her lips parted. Nothing about him being an android had elicited this reaction, Connor noted, because her eyes didn’t stay on his LED, but rather on his features as a whole, as if she was looking at him but seeing someone else entirely.
“My name is Connor, I’m the android sent by CyberLife,” Connor continued, and Kate quickly pulled herself back together. “I’m here to assist you and Lieutenant Anderson in the investigation.”
