Chapter Text
Sorry I did not return to this sooner, many things piled up and as soon as i felt i regained some semblance of a schedule I had 23 fics that are still needing to be updated. I do promise that I will get back to this and i wanted to lets those who were wondering about it know. Sorry if this update wasn't what you were looking for!!
Here's a sneak peak at what I was writing if you're interested:
Dick could feel a pressure surrounding him, not one that was oppressive but instead comforting though the force behind it was more gloomy than he'd have liked waking up to.
The feeling only increased as he felt himself dislodge from the thickness that encased him.
To the boy it had only taken him a few minutes to rouse out of the deep slog he felt cradled in. But to his guardians, stuck outside only able to make guesses as to what was wrong with their charge, it felt like he was stuck in a slumber for a milieu.
Alfred felt like it was unlikely that they'd get any answers unless they'd taken the boy to the hospital, or at least Leslie's clinic. Bruce on the other hand had taken a seat when the boy had passed out. He'd taken to stare at the wall above the boy's head in a daze and stuck in the chair like he was cemented to it.
The elderly man didn't know what to do especially with his master and young master in such worrying conditions. He'd felt the oddest tug in his head to just take the boy up to their den, to let him rest in the area he claimed that they would share.
Just the thought of it warmed his head.

Dick awoke with a start, his brain suddenly detached from the fog with a yank and he jumped out of his cot.
