hey all, chapter 29 did not go over as well as i hoped. i appreciate your feedback and recognize you might be confused with the latest chapter. i’m going to reformat it to flow better and give more context. i’ll also be posting it with chapter 30 so you will have the following chapter to help clear things up. i’ll be taking a short hiatus while i gather my bearings. this is a very transitional period in my life (transferring universities, moving, quitting my job, working overtime, personal issues. you know, standard fanfic writer stuff.) so i appreciate your understanding and support. those of you who offered kind, constructive comments, thank you.

it's okay to be confused. it's okay to not know what's going on and feel uncomfortable. you just have to trust that discomfort is part of the experience that the author is crafting for you. if waiting a week for the next chapter to provide context and resolve that discomfort doesn't work for you, that's fine. just wait until the fic is marked complete and read it then.
